Creating Images
To create images for your posts and marketing materials I highly recommend www.canva.com – there are paid Business versions but unless you are planning on creating a lot of images or you have really specialised requirements for the images you want to use you should be fine with the free version.
Online Meetings
If you need to run online meetings or training events or even just to have an alternative less time consuming option for those – ‘let’s meet for a coffee invitations’ my recommendation is www.zoom.us – it’s very user friendly, you can screen share and record. On the free version there is no limit on the duration of 1 to 1 meetings but for meetings with more people you are limited to 40 mins. If you are planning on using it a lot I highly recommend upgrading to the Zoom pro version which is very reasonably priced.
Email Marketing
Building a list of potential clients and people who know about your business and could be good connectors for you is an essential part of growing a successful business. You will need to sign up to a email marketing platform and there are lots of free or very low cost options including Mailchimp, Active Campaign. Convert Kit and Flodesk. The one I use is Mailerlite and I highly recommend it.
