Creating your HR Freelancing Business is about to get a lot easier…

You are on your way to getting access to the training, support and guidance you Have been looking for

to plan, launch and grow your HR Freelancing business

You are great at HR

You have the skills, the experience and the knowledge to provide a much needed and highly valuable outsourced HR service.

But where do you start?

What do you need to invest in?

How long will it take?

What if you aren’t good enough?

What if the market is already over saturated?

What if you can’t get it to work?

What insurance do you need?

What are the legal requirements?

What if this is a terrible time to be starting a business?

And most importantly of all –  Where are you going to find clients?

What is The HR Business Creators programme?

The HR Business Creators programme is where you will find the guidance, training, advice and support you have been looking for to plan, create, launch and start to grow your HR Consultancy business.

It is an 10 week step by step training programme which will take you through all of the stages and actions you need to open for business, start generating leads and finding those first few clients.

But the HR Business Creators programme is much more than a training programme.

There is no end of information available out there for anyone who wants to start a business.  You could read and research forever and barely scratch the surface of it and it can very quickly become overwhelming.

When there are a million different ways to do something how do you know which way is right for you?

How do you know where to start?

How do you make sure that you don’t waste time (and money) doing things that don’t get you the results you are looking for?

The real route to success is having support with implementing the information.

Having a mentor to guide you through the process – to help to keep you moving forward and to make decisions that are right for you.  To help you to know what you need to do next to give you push in the right direction when you need it.

To be part of a community where you can ask for and give help, share ideas and celebrate your successes with people who really understand how much it means to you.

You will find all of this and more waiting for you in The HR Business Creators programme

Are You Ready To Get Started?

When you start out on your own, everything feels daunting, but Tracey’s training and advice has really boosted my confidence and helped me see the steps I need to take to make my business a success. The Club is well worth the money for that alone, but the support and encouragement I get from the rest of the members is incredible. We have become a real community and I don’t know what I’d do without any of them!

Katie Murray

Director, Dolphin HR Ltd

Tracey has brought together a great group of HR professionals in a friendly, fun and supportive environment. The training and discussion proved very helpful to me in the early stages of my HR consultancy business. Thank you, Tracey and other HR Biz Club folks!

Sam Woozley

Director, Rephrase HR Ltd

I’ve found the Club to be incredibly helpful and my only regret is that it hadn’t been set up in my first 3 months of business. If it had I would’ve literally saved thousands in unnecessary costs. The combination of Tracey’s brilliant guidance and experience, together with the Business Club ‘family’ that it creates has been invaluable and I’d recommend it to any HR professional setting up their own business. It’s a great investment at an incredibly reasonable price.

Pete Colby

Director, Pragmatism (UK) Ltd

I’m really loving the support I’m getting so far – I’ve achieved more in the past 10 days than I have in the last 5 months!

It’s working! Recent LinkedIn posts are up to over 1,000 views and I’ve picked up 3 new pieces of work!

FAQ’s

Q – Can  join if I’m not a HR Professional ?

A – The HR Business Creators Programme is for HR Professionals who are (or who are intending) to provide their services on an independent basis – so whether this is as a Freelancer, an Independent Consultant, a Coach, a trainer or anything else related to the management and development of people in the workplace then the Creators programme can support you in doing that.

Q – What if I’m not ready to start my business yet?

A – The Creators programme will work best if you are already committed to the idea of starting your business . You don”t need to open for business during the programme – there is a huge amount of pre launch activity you can do well in advance of actually launching.

Q – What if I have already started my business?

A – The Start up phase of a business can go on for a very long time – well into the first year of establishing your business.  There may be some steps that you have missed out that will make a big difference to your results if you go back and do them.  If you are at the stage where you have already started to get business relatively regularly then The HR Freelancers Business Club may be a better option for you

Q – Does it matter if I can’t make the live training events?

A – No.  There will be a lot of live training available but it’s not necessary to attend them live.  They will all be available on replay.

Q – How much time will I need to spend on the training and implementation?

A – To a certain extent this depends on you and how you work and how long you like to spend on completing your actions.  In practical terms the weekly videos will be 10 – 15 mins long and there will be a maximum of 3 to watch each week.  There will be a workbook to complete which should take you no more than 30 mins and then there will be a weekly Q & A which will be a maximum of 1 hour. So overall somewhere in the region of 2.5 hrs of content each week and then however long you spend actually completing the actions.  It will all be broken down into straightforward steps which will build one on top of the other but building a business is a big deal and it deserves your time and attention.

Q – What if I want to do this in less than 10 weeks?

A – 10 weeks is not very long to create and launch a business and some of the stages do take time to work.  The alternative is to book a 1 to 1 Training and Mentoring Programme with me.  If you would like to discuss this option then let me know.
